If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will provide a free replacement with no additional shipping fees, provided the request is submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Exchange and return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order. The item must be in its original condition with the size tag attached.

Requests submitted after the specified period will not be accepted.

Any item that is damaged or missing its size tag will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Each shipment is eligible for only one process: either a return or an exchange.

For returns, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs to and from the destination. Shipping costs are 80 EGP for orders shipped to Cairo, Giza, and Alexandria, and 90 EGP for all other governorates, including during free shipping promotions.

The customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees arising from a return or exchange request.

During free shipping promotions, the customer must cover the shipping costs in both directions for returns or exchanges.

Refunds are issued only via InstaPay or any wallet within 1-3 days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

If an order is refused during inspection while the courier is present, an inspection fee of 80 EGP will apply for orders within Cairo, Giza, and Alexandria, and 90 EGP for all other governorates.
