لو وصلك منتج تالف أو معيب أو مختلف عن اللي طلبته، هنستبدله لك مجانًا بالكامل ومن غير أي رسوم شحن، بشرط تتواصل معانا خلال 14 يوم من استلام الأوردر.
استرداد الفلوس: بيتم عن طريق InstaPay أو أي محفظة إلكترونية خلال 1–3 أيام من استلام المنتج ومعاينته.

Conditions:
Exchange or return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order. The product must be in its original condition.
Each order includes one free size exchange. Any further exchange is at the customer's expense.
Returns (change of mind):
If you’d like to return your order, you can do so for free without paying any shipping fees.
Free returns do not apply to orders shipped as part of free shipping offers.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will provide a free replacement at no shipping cost, provided you contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Refunds: Issued via InstaPay or any e-wallet within 1–3 days after the returned item is received and inspected.
